Please note for the chilli oil -
After all the ingredients have been added but before you add the roasted sesame seeds, please only cook for another 5 to 10 seconds so the chilli does not become burnt.

Ingredients :

For the Chilli Oil :
200 ml vegetable oil
50 gr dried chilli flakes - mild spicy (you can use hot spicy)
3 pcs (15 gr) garlic
5 pcs star anise
5 pcs cardamom
1 tsp dried Sichuan pepper
3 bay leaves
3 cm cinnamon sticks
1 tsp five-spice powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional if you like spicy )
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds

For the Siumai :
30 - 35 siumai wraps or dumpling wraps
400 gr minced chicken thighs
100 gr minced prawns
4 pcs (20 gr) garlic
1 1/2 tbsp fresh water
1 pcs (90 gr) medium onion
1 pcs (35 gr) spring onions
100 gr green beans
1 carrot
Egg white from 1 egg
150 gr tapioca flour
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce (I’m using Japanese soy sauce)
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
