Dirty rose

While gardening, I watch this rose bush all summer. The flowers are white. However, all the flowers seem to be smeared with mud. Don't know. Perhaps this is this type. Although unlikely.

We bought these roses a long time ago. And now I can’t find a source of information about them. Frankly, I don't like the condition of this rose bush. This type of flower seems wrong to me.

Our rural life has taught us to be tolerant. Therefore, these flowers will remain in the garden.
