BOB GETS JUM SAO-ED THE JKD WAY!!!

This "SOLO TRAINING" drill NOT uses a JKD ( Bruce Lee's Methodolgy toward self defense) via WING CHUN technique known as the JUM SAO (SAU) or "Sinking Hand" that hurts the joint area of the shoulders ( known as the clavicles ) rendering your attacker's arms USELESS, it's downward movement along with your forward movement will also force both arms of your attacker to flair back and give you enough time to retreat or follow-up with another attack!!!
