PAINTING AND PREPPING OUR FLOW HIVE

I got a Flow Hive for Christmas this year so we can be beekeepers! We have to paint and prep the hive to withstand the weather so it will last longer. We used low toxic exterior paint and put on two to three coats in some areas. Check out the process to paint and make it ours!

We also had to prepare the land behind our garden and chicken coop for the bee hives. You want the hives facing the south in the northern hemisphere to protect from the wind so that is what we did!

It took a few days but we got it done and ready for the bees!

We are going to get some honey 😂❤️
