Problems with Post Tribulation Rapture

In Isaiah 65 it says the sheep left over from the tribulation will enter the millennial kingdom in their natural bodies and populate it. If the rapture occurs at the end of the tribulation, then there will be no more natural bodies left as the church is glorified.
