CONEY ISLAND BALLPARK & AMUSEMENT PARK / Revisiting the Ouro-Heartbreaker-Drone-RPK Build #Division2

I'm retesting this build. The acid test is if the RPK can more reliably pulse the Black Tusk mechdogs and mini-tanks than my previous weapon, the Police M$. In this video, my team members are quite strong in their builds so this build didn't have a chance to shine.
