Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev advocated for a radical regime change in Kyiv to resolve the Russia-Ukraine war that has entered its third year. In a post on Telegram, Medvedev said a change in the leadership of Kyiv may foster peace talks, according to TASS.
