(FO4 Part 66) So those scavengers that Ironsides was talking about more than likely have the guidance chip for the Constitution. They are really playing hard to get and a deal will probably not be able to be made right now. I will return when I have better charisma. I would rather the Constitution be taken good care of, instead of stripped for parts.
