Behind the Scenes

June 2024: an update on some plants we're working with in Illinois, before they get to go down south. Not all of your work on a homestead will be actually done there; sometimes it might be that more than half is done elsewhere, at least in the early stages. You'll have tools, plants, and building materials to seek out and buy, grow out, refurbish, whatever...and some of these things may be of the unusual sort. I am definitely growing some plants and utilizing some tools that none of my family or friends have used before.
