Homeless in Hawai'i

Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that cities can continue to prohibit sleeping and camping in public spaces. Over the years, the number of homeless people on the streets has been steadily increasing. Mayor Blangiardi states that this decision will enhance their ability to "safeguard our residents and visitors."
