Why Won't the Convention of States People Answer These Questions?

Read Article V. Do you realize how much power Congress is given over that process? Do you also realize that the "Necessary and Proper" Clause of the Constitution could be construed to grant to Congress power over who can serve as delegates, how long the convention can last, etc.?
