The Story Behind the Hymn: Praise to the Lord the Almighty

Jumping back into this series but instead of Christmas Carols like I did in December, I'm sharing the story behind the hymn. Today I am featuring "Praise to the Lord the Almighty." The background story spoke to me quite a bit as I too was a rebellious child like today's featured hymn writer. I apologize in advance for the not so great singing.
