20 g (0.7 oz) cornstarch.
Juice of 1 lemon.
100 g (3.5 oz) condensed milk.
100 g (3.5 oz) ricotta cheese.
150 ml (5.3 fl oz) whipping cream.
200g (7oz) cookies.
Juice of 3 lemons.
30 g (1 oz) sugar.
10 g (0.35 oz) cornstarch.
Decorate with cinnamon, cocoa or chocolate.
