Dino Crisis (ディノクライシス) in Japan, is a game released in 1999 for Playstation by Capcom. Created by the same director of Resident Evil, Shinji Mikami. History The game tells the story of a rescue unit called S.O.R.T., who has to go to an unknown island called Ibis. Scientist Edward Kirk, a world authority on energy research, apparently died three years ago 2006. In fact, he is alive and working with a research group on an isolated island, when the government finds out, they send a group to bring Kirk back to your country of origin. The scientist developed an energy source called Third Energy. The agents parachute (one of them - Cooper - dies right at the beginning, after landing and being swallowed by a T-Rex) and discover that the place is full of dinosaurs, and that almost all the workers have been killed.
