First Time Playing Dark Souls ep 1 Undead Asylum

Welcome to my first time trying a souls game. Yes, in 2024. I'm a late bloomer, it's in the channel name.

This is the Prepare to Die edition from Steam. I didn't really know much about this genre other than "is hard". I actually thought these were horror games. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they are a blend of action/adventure and rpg. I hope lovers of the series get a vicarious taste of the new experience feeling through me.
