#371 - 20140717 - More lightning in a bottle!

Another good look at the electrical properties of HHO combustion and one last attempt to detect whether or not I made any of Moray King's cluster gas, George Wiseman's electrically expanded water (ExW) or what ever you choose to call it using a standard electrolyzer with a chemically neutral electrolyte, KOH.

The only other test I would like to perform as suggested by Mr. Wiseman is to fill the vodka bottle with a stoichiometric mix of lab grade hydrogen and oxygen from compressed tanks and repeat the 5 and 15 minute bleed off tests to see if I get the same combustion results. This would prove or disprove the presence of secondary constituent gas, even if it's not ExW or cluster gas.
