Toronto: Same Problems, Less Visible

Toronto has the potential to be great, but right now it has a problem with outrageous property prices, homelessness and rampant drug use (including fentanyl zombies). This seems to be part of a pattern I'm seeing across the world. Not unsolvable but it requires to political will and resources to make real and lasting positive change.
