Eyewitness saw would be assassin as he was preparing to shoot Donald Trump.

Eyewitness states he told the police officers in the area there was someone climbing to the roof with a gun.

Secret Service and local PD were informed before hand of a man with a gun at Trump's rally in Bethel PA.
