Post Beryl Episode

There are several lessons to be learned after Hurricane Beryl hit the Texas Gulf Coast. I will list some of those lessons. Also, I present some ideas to make post storm situations less severe. Please share your stories or opinions of how we can eliminate some of the issues with storm forecasting, and infrastructure restoration better.
