Top 7 Ways to Improve Testosterone Levels Naturally
In this video, I review my top 7 ways to improve testosterone levels naturally. Here are the strategies I discuss
1. Improve Your Metabolic Flexibility
This allows your mitochondria to burn both sugar (glucose) and fatty acids.
2. Eat Enough Protein
This is key for lean body mass development and testosterone production. Consume 0.5 - 1 gram per pound of body weight (specifically lean body mass)
3. Get Rid of Bad Fats and Eat More Good Fats

4. Reduce Stress and Improve Sleep

5. Lift Heavy Weights
Mechanical loading at high intensity stimulates testosterone production. My favorite exercises are compound movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bent over rows, etc.
6. Get Regular Sun Exposure or Red Light Therapy

7. Cold Exposure
