CSR2 Racing Chance or Skill: Part 1 Showdowns

This will be a 6 part series testing the various parts of CSR2 to make a legal determination if this is classified as “Chance” or “Skill” gambling.

There are clear legal definitions and regulations as well as penalties and liability if improperly advertised or operated in areas where gambling is not allowed.

I will be showing every aspect from Showdowns, racing, crates, cars, to RP and even Top 3/10 who get medals according to Natural Motion and Zyngas rules.
