Recipe and ingredients
00:00 Recipe 1
00:16 Grate 200 g of potatoes into thin slices.
00:38 Squeeze out the water.
00:53 Grate broccoli 100g.
01:15 1 egg.
01:20 Salt and black pepper to taste.
01:25 Dry Onion.
01:30 Add 50 g mozzarella cheese.
01:33 Flour 1 tbsp.
01:35 Mix well.
01:52 Oil for frying.
01:55 Divide into 4 parts.
02:00 Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
02:16 Flip.
02:21 Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

½ cabbage.
1 onion.
Salt.
Cook cabbage until soft.
3 eggs.
Grind with a blender.
Add an onion.
Salt.
Thyme.
Flour 3 tbsp.
Mix well.
Wait 15 minutes.
Yogurt.
Garlic.
Dill.
Salt.
Pepper.
Olive oil.
Fry the pancakes on both sides.

1 carrot.
Cabbage 150 g.
1 small onion.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion.
Add carrots and cabbage.
Cook over medium-high heat until done.
2 eggs.
Yogurt 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Olive oil.
Tortilla.
Cheese (mixture of 3 types of cheese).
Cover with tortilla.
Add cheese.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat.
Wait for the cheese to melt.
Flip the tortilla over.
Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

2 potatoes.
1 onion.
Oil for frying.
Parsley.
Mozzarella 100 g.
6 tortillas.
19:38 Recipe 5.
3 potatoes.
Grate on a large and a small grater.
Fill with cold water.
Wait 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in the bowl.
2 eggs.
4 tbsp oat flakes.
Cheese 100 g.
Black pepper.
Salt.
Mix well.
Frying oil.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with white sauce.
