What's Your Self-Care Routine?💙
What does your self-care routine look like to protect your mental health? I talk a lot about healing from depression, but it's very important to maintain and protect your mental health once you have it, once you're in a stable place. 💙
It's important to have a self-care routine, things that you do protect to protect your mental health. Personally, I like going for walks as part of my self-care mental health routine. This evening I went on a short walk that turned into a long walk and ended up being five miles, but it was really enjoyable and I feel much better for having done it. 💙
So what's your self-care routine to protect your mental health? Do you have one? Is it something that you look to protect to make sure you block off time to do things to protect your mental health? I would strongly encourage you to do that if you don't do that already. 💙
