Is the Launch Toyota scanner good or bad?

I was sent over the LAUNCH Creader Elite T OBD2 Scanner for Toyota Lexus. I wish I had more time to review and play with it but on the timeline, you are being taken along for the ride of my thoughts and how it works. For the $170 price it is on Amazon is it worth it?
