steamed purple sweet potato cake with ripe jackfruit, this is one of my favourite desserts, the taste is light just a little sweet , here i am using coconut milk from the carton, if you would like to use fresh that will be even better just make it a little bit thicker, perfect to accompany your tea or coffee in the morning , I hope you enjoy the video Matur Suksma 🙏🏽😊

Ingredients :
400 gr Purple sweet potatoes
100 gr Tapioca flour
1/4 cup Caster sugar
1 tsp Salt
120 ml Coconut milk
120 ml fresh water
Some jackfruit
Pandan leaves
Banana leaves
