Video Duration.
How many characters and backgrounds.
Clear Instructions
Voice over or Music Audio plus its written Lyrics(If you want character's Lip Syncing to audio).

4) Sound searching (music and sound effects if needed)

5) Draft animation

6) Final delivery of 2D animation.

Can You Make My Character Sing A Song? Yes! but please message me first as songs are a different process than voice overs! I will charge extra.
