Nasi Sela, Sweet Potato Rice

Nasi Sela or Sweet potato rice is one of the Bali’s favourite rice dishes, especially where i live, we often eat it with Sate Lilit Be Pasih or Balinese style minced fish skewers accompanied by sambal matah ( Balinese fresh shallots, garlic, and Chilli sambal) and Bumbu genep (authentic balinese cooking sauce) so yummy 😊 i hope you enjoy the video , matur suksma 🙏🏽😊

Ingredients :
1 kg white rice
300 gr purple sweet potato cut into cubes
300 gr yellow sweet potato cut into cubes
5 to 10 pcs pandan leaves
Fresh water to steam the rice
