Ingredients :
around 300 gr banana blossom
1 tsp salt
fresh water
fried shallots
50 gr fresh coconut meat
1 kaffir lime fruit

for the sambal :
5 pcs shallots
4 pcs garlic
5 pcs bali hot pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp shrimp paste
pinch of sugar
