Erika Whittome & John Armstrong - Chasing Down The NZ Pfizer Contract

We were asked, in April when this interview was recorded, to hold it back until the Court accepted the documents filed.
It's now July 2024 and the Court has still denied the right to file these papers in order to get the legal action under way.

Liz Gunn speaks to Erika Whittome & John Armstrong on their efforts in requesting full public release of the contract made between the New Zealand government and Pfizer in relation to the Covid-19 jab rollout.
We deserve to know all the terms under which this agreement was made on behalf of us.

This interview was required to be held back until after the judicial review process for John & Erika's OIA was adjudicated. The verdict came back as being denied because “(this) case does not determine genuine public interest and thus no question of law”. Mr Justice Whata claimed that there was no public interest in the release of the Pfizer contract. John gives a recent update at the end of this broadcast.

We obviously need to show the court that there is vast public interest in the release of the Pfizer contract. The easiest and most transparent way of achieving this, is through an Official Information Act request on the FYI website. Therefore we ask you to help John & Erika, and to get others to help by submitting an OIA and then emailing it to John to collate for the next filing. I am going to be asking for a $1 per OIA donation (optional) which we need 550 for filing.

Everyone is then a shareholder of the filing and subsequent case.
