Ingredients:
150 gr Bean sprouts
100 gr Cabbage
100 gr Spinach
150 gr Snake beans
150 gr Apple aubergines
100 gr Fresh grated coconut (i grill the coconut meat before i grate it)
A squeeze of kaffir lime fruit juice
2 tbsp Fried shallots

For Sambal
80 gr Shallots
40 gr Garlic
2 pcs Big Red chili seeds removed
6 pcs Bali hot pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White sugar
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
