Flower bed

These are Roses and Gaillardia in our garden. Summer is hot this year. So we left wild grass between the flowers. Wild grass helps protect flowers from heat. Nature has gone completely crazy. We're almost 130°F. This is extreme rural living and extreme gardening.

Yesterday I watered all the plants in the garden until 11 pm. It was dark. Coniferous trees over 10 feet tall. But the stream of water was strong. I watered so that the water reached the top of the tree. Then streams of water ran down the tree trunk to the roots. Shower for trees :)! I love watering the garden.
