Sniper Terminating Trump Shooter

It appeared the Secret Service Sniper had the Assassin in the cross hairs. Why was Trump still speaking?

So many things haven’t made sense.

If this wasn’t a PSYOP it is a security screw up that is so bad it makes it appear as a psyop.
