PROTESTING LORD MAYOR - PROTEST SHUT DOWN

City of Perth Rangers and Western Australian police shut down Steve's lawful right to peacefully protest. They cite certain by-laws and acts that sit under state and federal laws pertaining to the right to protest.

During the interaction, the rangers admit the sign is a protest sign yet use the Western Australian police to force Steve to move on and end his lawful right to protest.

WAPOL seem to be misusing move on orders under the instruction of City Of Perth rangers.
The police exist to serve the community and protect citizen's rights and freedoms.

In this instance, the police in a dereliction of their duty interfere with citizen's rights and become a strong arm of the local council to enforce local government acts.

The right to protest freely under the WA criminal code section 75 is there to protect West Australians.
