Rep. Smith: ‘You should not be treated differently just because your last name is Biden’

Representative Jason Smith (R-MO) says that regardless of whether or not President Joe Biden is the Democratic presidential nominee, Americans should pay attention to Hunter Biden’s September tax evasion trial. “If it wasn’t for the two IRS whistleblowers, he would’ve taken that plea agreement in Delaware, nice little slap on the wrist, no one would have ever known about it and he could’ve never been charged with those charges in California,” he says. “And those charges in California are exactly what the IRS whistleblowers recommended years before.”
