Don’t allow one minor mistake take you off track. Identify what made you do what you regret and fix it so that it doesn’t happen again. Never adopt the f it mentality that a lot of people suffer from and go back to your old way of living.

Keep moving forward and stop at nothing until you achieve what you desire.
