Eye On Islam: British Islamophobia

As the Conservative Party in Britain loses the power it has held since 2010, it leaves behind a legacy of poverty, division and in particular a hatred for Muslims that runs through British society.

Crafted by far-right, Zionist think tanks like policy exchange and the Henry Jackson society, Government policy led on from the legacy left behind by the previous Blairite government during the Global War on Terror years and saw Muslim communities singled out, profiled and subjected to an environment of harassment and securitization.

On this week’s show, we will be exploring the damage of this legacy and look ahead at whether the new Labour government will bring any improvement or whether the situation will just deteriorate for Britain's Muslims.
