Today's Terrible Judge: Ursula Walowski

#CHICAGO — Two men who crashed their #Corvettes during a 100 mph race near #MidwayAirport killing a tourist who was walking nearby, have been sentenced to probation. #AaronGuerrero , 29, and #NoeGarcia 37, pleaded guilty before Judge #UrsulaWalowski on Tuesday.

Prosecutors said Chicago police collected witness statements and video that showed Guerrero and Garcia speeding south on Cicero Avenue, swerving and speeding up to 100 mph in a 30 mph zone around 1:30 a.m. on August 28, 2022. #JudgeWalowski ignored the guilty pleas on #vehicularhomicide and sentenced both men to #probation.
