Campaign - Civil War: Part I;

A civil war has erupted in Altis. Accusations of fraud and corruption in the government led to a massacre in the capital Kavala. Many have taken up arms against the military because of this. The situation has quickly spiraled out of control and the military has declared martial law and suspended the government indefinitely.
