Vegetarian Sayur Sop

Ingredients :
70 gr broccoli
250 gr potatoes
70 gr cauliflower
200 gr carrots
130 gr green beans
150 gr cabbage
120 gr tomatoes
1,5 liters water
5 pcs garlic
1/4 tsp white pepper corns
1 tsp mushroom bouillon powder or you can use vegetable bouillon powder
1 tsp salt
1 pcs spring onion
Some asian celery (seledri)
Some fried shallots
