Sapo Tofu

Ingredients :
55 gr Broccoli
55 gr Cauliflower
40 gr Carrots
40 gr Baby corn
55 gr Pock choi
25 gr Wood ear mushrooms (I bought them dry then soak them in warm to hot water for 30 minutes until soft and bigger - then measure the weight after soaking )
1 Silk tofu or egg tofu
1/4 cup corn flour
500 ml vegetable oil to deep fry the silk tofu
4 pcs Prawns
Onions 30 gr
Water 600 ml
1 tbsp tapioca flour + 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp salty soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon powder or you can use chicken or vegetable one too
1/2 tsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 pcs garlic
3 tbsp vegetable oil
