Recently Barack OBAMA and several others have been stating that they knew Joe Biden was incompetent as early as June at an LA fundraiser. Now they are asking Joe to step down. Considering that they lied to the public thereby misleading the public which resulted in donations to the Democrat Party and Joe’s campaign, did OBAMA and others commit theft by false pretenses under California Penal Code?
