CH 1 James opens his letter with the importance of faith, he takes a very specific look at the effects of real, saving, trusting faith. A complete faith, as perfect as we can have it that faith, in and through Yeshua. James has attracted some dispute over the years. James also includes heavy emphasis on the works associated with Christianity.
EPH 2:8-9, For it is by grace (charis) you have been saved (sozo), through faith (pistis), and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift (doron) of GOD not by works (ergons), so that no one can boast.
They turn to GOD and GOD generously provides that wisdom. This, again, is trusting faith. However, if we reject the wisdom of GOD, if we seek wisdom apart from HIM, we are showing our lack of trust in the HIM. James makes it clear that our Father longs to see faith and trust in HIM in our lives. Christians, those saved by faith in Yeshua will rejoice in their ultimate position.
