Police Rescue Man From Abusive Girlfriend's House

On June 17th, 2022, Officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in reference to a domestic disturbance. Meanwhile, the female continued behaving erratically with the officer. A neighbor approached the scene and inquired about the female’s children. One of the officers then proceeded to check on them. An officer assured the neighbor that the female would not be taken to jail and proceeded to question him. An officer found the bicycle in the bedroom and returned it to the female’s boyfriend. The officers then walked out of the apartment and continued to explain the citation that they issued to the female. The female was charged with resisting or obstructing, and domestic disturbance. She was issued a citation in lieu of being arrested.
