"Rocketship X-M" is an American science fiction film released in 1950, directed by Kurt Neumann. The plot follows the crew of the first manned mission to the Moon, who are accidentally diverted to Mars due to a miscalculation. Upon landing, they discover the remnants of an advanced Martian civilization destroyed by atomic warfare and encounter hostile, primitive survivors. The film stars Lloyd Bridges, Osa Massen, John Emery, Noah Beery Jr., and Hugh O'Brian.
