"Silver on the Sage" is an American Western film released in 1939, directed by Lesley Selander. The plot follows Hopalong Cassidy (William Boyd), who goes undercover as an Eastern gambler to investigate a cattle rustling operation. He infiltrates a casino owned by Earl Brennan, discovering that Brennan and rancher Dave Talbot (Stanley Ridges) are twin brothers using their resemblance to commit crimes. With the help of his trusted companions Lucky Jenkins (Russell Hayden) and Windy Halliday (George "Gabby" Hayes), Hopalong must expose the brothers' scheme and bring them to justice.
