This Week @MidwayTrades for the Week Ending July 19, 2024: A Rough Patch

So I start trading after vacation and...it get a bit ugly. The market that had been trending up finally broke and broke hard. My calendars held up ok but I did put some flies which didn't work at all. There's usually more to learn when things are difficult so take a look and tell me what you think.
