Jill Squire and her family recently had a major tragedy when her grandson of 11 years old was lost to a car accident. Unfortunately, and unquestionably he was way too young to die!

Out of this tragedy, Jill has been enlightened in her quest to bridge the grand canyon divide between patients and the medical system.
