Biden seen for first time in public since dropping out of US presidential race

Joe Biden has boarded Air Force One in Delaware for his return to Washington DC - it's the first time the US president has been seen in public since dropping out of US presidential race.

Mr Biden told reporters he was "feeling well" after he was diagnosed with coronavirus.
