Will It Happened In Future

Hello everyone! Great! I saw a video. It really surprised me! I kept thinking, can they drive a car without electric, gas, or maybe water too? Maybe I can push one to start the motor. Will that be in the future? I will show you a video after this. Will governments allow it? Why? No money, no gas, no electric, and no water... Governments need money from taxes. I wonder, will they allow it? Will Toyota, Chevy, or Ford allow no gas and no electric? Will they make it in the future? What do you all think of this?
