Schedule:
09:00 - Wake up and take a shower (I slept until 9h to see if with a better night of sleep and more rest I would lose more weight, and I was also very very tired. I needed this day off of the gym. Tomorrow I will be back without a doubt.).
9:15 - Make the video for the weight loss challenge.
9:30 - Edit the video of the challenge and post it on social medias (YouTube, Rumble, Cos.TV, Instagram and TikTok).
10:00 - Breakfast.
10:30 - Start work.
13:00 - Lunch.
18:00 - Dinner.
19:30 - End of work. Take a shower and watch or play something to relax.
20:00 - Go sleep.

9:00 - Acordar e tomar banho (Dormi até as 9h para ver se com uma noite de sono melhor e mais descanso eu perderia mais peso, e também estava muito muito cansado. Eu precisava desse dia de folga da academia. Amanhã estarei de volta sem dúvida.) .
9:15 - Fazer o vídeo do desafio de perda de peso.
9:30 - Editar o vídeo do desafio e postar nas redes sociais (YouTube, Rumble, Cos.TV, Instagram e TikTok).
10:00 - Café da manhã.
10:30 - Início do trabalho.
13:00 - Almoço.
18:00 - Jantar.
19:30 - Fim do trabalho. Tomar um banho e assistir ou jogar algo para relaxar.
20:00 - Ir dormir.
